Need more profiles in a busy month?

Top-ups let you handle a sale weekend or campaign spike without changing plans. They apply to your current billing month. You can also switch on auto top-up so a spike never interrupts you. It is off by default, and you choose the pack size, so there are never surprise charges.

04 Pricing FAQs

What happens if I use all my resolved profiles?

Nothing breaks and nothing is lost. Oriko keeps tracking everything. New identifications are simply held as anonymous until you top up, upgrade, or your next month starts. Then they are resolved retroactively with their full history intact. We will notify you at 80%, 95% and 100% of your allowance.

How does the free trial work?

14 days with full Pro features, no credit card needed. The clock only starts once your pixel records its first event, so you never waste trial days on setup. During the trial, Oriko shows your actual resolution rate so you know exactly which plan fits before you pay.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades apply from your next billing cycle. Cancel any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

Is there a limit on tracked events?

Each plan includes a generous fair-use event allowance: 1M events per month on Launch, scaling to 15M on Scale. Typical businesses never reach it. If you are an unusual case, we will reach out and talk, and nothing gets cut off silently.
